Team leaders for Goodness Bowls

Job Summary
This is for the 7am - 3pm Shift only. All other shifts have been filled.

We are seeking dynamic and energetic Team Leaders to join our vibrant Goodness Bowls team! As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional guest experience by leading daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. Your enthusiasm will inspire our team to deliver healthy, delicious bowls, smoothies, wraps, toasts, salads and more while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Ensure that all stations are organized and that products are stored properly to ensure easy access and compliance with health regulations.
• Supervise daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain Store Cleanliness: Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized at all times, including the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and all other customer-facing spaces. Address any cleanliness issues immediately to maintain a pleasant environment.
• Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety Standards: Regularly check that safety protocols are followed and the store remains compliant with food safety regulations. Address any issues related to cleanliness, health standards, or food storage.

Experience

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or resort environment.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing shifts, supervising staff, and handling guest concerns effectively.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
