What You'll Do

As a GoodMonsters Pest Control Technician, you'll be trusted to care for customers and their properties while developing the knowledge and judgment to solve pest problems effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting homes and businesses to identify pest activity, entry points, and contributing conditions.
• Developing and performing appropriate pest control treatments.
• Educating customers about pest activity, prevention, and treatment expectations.
• Documenting inspection findings, treatments, and service recommendations.
• Managing your assigned route efficiently and responsibly.
• Troubleshooting difficult pest issues with support from experienced team members.
• Maintaining company equipment, safety standards, and professional service practices.
• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.

This is a field-based position involving independent work, customer interaction, and hands-on problem-solving.

Previous pest control experience is welcome, but we encourage applicants from other trades, field service positions, and customer-facing professions to apply.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Washington State pesticide applicator licensing.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of field pest control work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use mobile technology and maintain accurate service records.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safe work practices.
