- Customer Experience: Assist customers with expert shoe fittings, offering personalized advice on shoes, insoles, and accessories to ensure the best fit for their needs.
- Product Recommendations: Provide recommendations for running apparel and accessories to enhance the customer's overall shopping experience and meet their fitness goals.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Passion for running, walking, fitness, or an active lifestyle
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with POS systems
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and peak periods
Compensation
- Base Commission, approximately $16–$18 /hour
