About the Role:
We're looking for an HR & Office Manager to be the glue for two brands, Goodmerch Supply and Bikinibird. You'll run point on everything from keeping our office and showroom guest-ready, to supporting our people through hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day HR — with plenty of room to take on more as you grow into the role. This isn't a job where you'll do the same five things on repeat; it's one where you'll build real skills across HR, operations, and business support.

What you will actually do:
Run the office like you own it. Calendars, meetings, correspondence, supplies, vendors, and our showroom — always tidy, organized, and ready for a client to walk in. You're the first call when something needs fixing and the person who thought of it before it broke.
Be the go-to for our people. Coordinate hiring and onboarding, get new teammates set up and trained, keep employee records straight, support performance reviews and benefits, and help us stay on top of compliance and payroll. You'll learn the HR function end to end.
Keep two teams running smoothly. Support Goodmerch Supply and Bikinibird stores with the everyday essentials — supplies, equipment, tech setup, and a hand with events — so the team on the floor can focus on customers.
Solve problems before they become problems. You'll have real ownership here, not just a task list. If you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it.
What you bring:
- A track record in an administrative, office management, or coordinator-type role
- Sharp organizational skills and an eye for the small stuff other people miss
- Comfort juggling a lot at once, with a calm, proactive approach
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid with Google Workspace and overall tech saviness
- Discretion — you'll have access to sensitive information and we need to trust you with it
- A genuine interest in growing into more HR and operations responsibility over time
Nice to have, not required: payroll experience, project coordination background, or exposure to HR systems. We'll teach you the rest.
