What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll guide service-related projects from opportunity through completion, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate repairs, resolve issues, and keep projects moving efficiently.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Acting as a key point of coordination for service projects from start to finish
- Preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing while supporting negotiations
- Managing change orders, punch lists, product returns, and credit memos
- Communicating project updates clearly with clients and internal teams
- Delivering timely, high-quality responses that exceed customer expectations

- Strong knowledge of contract furniture products and specifications
