What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage service requests from estimate to completion
- Communicate job details, timelines, and site requirements to customers and internal teams
- Ensure high-quality, timely responses that exceed customer expectations
- Help reduce delays, improve margins, and ensure project success
- Use problem-solving frameworks (Plan–Do–Check–Act) to improve efficiency
- 3 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or related role
- Strong knowledge of contract furniture manufacturers and service processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Strong accountability, time management, and problem-solving mindset
