Position Summary
We are partnered with a Global Investment firm to find a VP of Investor Services to support the execution of capital raising initiatives, investor engagement, business operations, and strategic projects. This role partners closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of fundraising activities, investor communications, operational processes, and business initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented professional with strong project management, communication, and relationship management skills. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Markets & Investor Operations
- Coordinate investor onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Respond to investor requests and inquiries while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication.
- Maintain investor databases and CRM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with fund administration, subscription documentation, and investor verification processes.
- Manage virtual data rooms and support due diligence activities during fundraising efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the overall investor experience.
Fundraising & Pipeline Management
- Maintain fundraising pipelines, prospect tracking, and investor activity reports.
- Prepare management dashboards, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate due diligence materials, presentations, and fundraising documentation.
- Monitor fundraising workflows and assist with campaign execution.
- Collaborate with external advisors, consultants, and distribution partners to support capital raising initiatives.
Executive & Client Events
- Plan and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, webinars, and executive events.
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, registration, communications, and post-event reporting.
- Support executive presentations, board meetings, and client-facing engagements.
- Coordinate virtual meeting platforms, speaker preparation, and attendee communications.
Marketing & Business Communications
- Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials, investor presentations, and client communications.
- Coordinate website updates, digital marketing initiatives, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support thought leadership campaigns, media opportunities, podcasts, and industry events.
- Work with internal and external marketing resources to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Vendor & Business Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting technology, marketing, investor services, and operational functions.
- Track project milestones, service deliverables, and vendor performance.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new technology platforms and service providers.
Strategic Operations & Process Improvement
- Support cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence and workflow optimization.
- Assist with CRM enhancements, reporting automation, and data governance projects.
- Participate in technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.
- Provide project coordination and operational support for senior leadership and other strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 7 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, investment management, investor relations, business operations, project management, or a related professional environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
