Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials preferred
- Prior paralegal experience at a corporate law firm, financial institution, or investment-related organization preferred
- Familiarity with corporate structures, legal documentation, and regulatory processes is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and legal professionals on a range of corporate and operational legal matters
- Assist with entity formation and maintenance of organizational records and documentation
- Review and organize legal, compliance, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate regulatory filings, internal approvals, and administrative processes
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, resolutions, and supporting documentation
- Track legal agreements, amendments, and related compliance requirements
- Assist with confidentiality agreements and other routine legal documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Provide general administrative and project support to the legal team as needed
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
