Some duties include:
- Install, maintain, and provide support for all iLink equipment and devices
- Maintain and enforce technical parameters and best practices for iLink technology use, staff productivity, and business operations
- Integrate and support new products into the existing enterprise environment
- Provide the highest level of customer support to iLink clients in a positive and efficient manner
Some qualifications:
- Associates Degree, Technology Trade School OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of experience with IT, applied technology, and/or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of network systems, computers, applications, and the ability to troubleshoot
- Flexibility in assigned working hours and location
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
