Purpose & Impact – Make a difference through Atrium’s community service and volunteer programs. __________________________________________________ What You Will Do Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring standards (brand and Atrium!) are followed to a T. Lead and support your team—coaching, developing, and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch. Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues. Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives. Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection (you’ll be the reason they come back!). What We Are Looking For 2 years of hospitality leadership – You’ve managed people and property, and you’ve got the stories (and spreadsheets) to prove it. Housekeeping or front desk experience – Understanding both sides of the rooms operation makes you a true hotel ninja. Strong people leadership skills – Coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation are all in your toolkit. Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, team chats, and reports won’t slow you down.
