Makes outbound calls utilizing the lead database to re-engage with clients that have already been transferred to a Mortgage Specialist and then makes a live transfer back to the Mortgage Specialist in an effort to get the loan in the pipeline. Occasionally may be calling on leads that have not spoken to a Mortgage Specialist, but are interested in financing their home.
\n- Make outbound calls utilizing lead management software on existing leads and transferring live customers over to the Mortgage Specialist for further conversation
- Communicate with Mortgage Specialist and log activity in lead management software
- Utilize effective sales techniques to qualify leads and transfer to Sales
- 1-2 years experience of proven sales prospecting experience
- Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
- Team Player
- Professional demeanor
Compensation: $24.04/hr potential bonus opportunities
