You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, watering, raking, sod laying, and sprinkler installation with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers. You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience as a landscaper is preferred and a positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities: Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axesOperate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning sawsWater lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cansPerforming weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoePrune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsawsGather and remove litter Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner Qualifications: Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required). Landscapers who will be operating a Goodleaf Landscaping fleet vehicle are required to have a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordExperience with the use of hand-held and power toolsMust be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift/push 40 pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of timeWilling to work in all weather elements
Salary : $18 - $19
