Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive a school bus safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical problems to the appropriate authorities
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements:
- Valid CDL driver's license with passenger and school bus endorsements
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
