Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Prepare food items with attention to quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Operate POS system Clover to process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, utensils, and equipment following sanitation guidelines.
- Support food preparation tasks including scooping ice cream and serving toppings.
