Partnering closely with sales, the Growth Marketing Specialist will design and execute targeted email campaigns, manage CRM workflows, develop mid-funnel content, and track performance metrics that demonstrate marketing’s direct impact on revenue.
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us focus on lead nurture, marketing automation, and funnel optimization, turning initial interest into engaged, sales-ready opportunities.
Partnering closely with sales, the Growth Marketing Specialist will design and execute targeted email campaigns, manage CRM workflows, develop mid-funnel content, and track performance metrics that demonstrate marketing’s direct impact on revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing & Nurture Campaigns: Build and manage segmented nurture flows (drip, seasonal, trigger-based), create A/B tests for subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve engagement, & develop re-engagement campaigns for cold or inactive leads.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization: Set up and manage workflows in HubSpot/Salesforce (or your CRM), implement behavior-based triggers (downloads, event sign-ups, web visits), & ensure clean data hygiene, tagging, and lead scoring systems.
- Content & Funnel Development: Identify and fill mid-funnel content gaps (guides, case studies, comparison sheets), collaborate with events/brand marketing to repurpose assets for nurture journeys, & align landing pages, ads, and emails for consistent customer journeys.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on funnel KPIs: lead-to-MQL conversion, MQL-to-SQL rate, influenced pipeline/revenue, build dashboards to show nurture impact on sales outcomes, & recommend optimization strategies based on performance data.
- Sales Alignment & Support: Work with sales teams to define qualification criteria and feedback loops, & deliver sales-enablement content aligned with nurture stages.
- Cross-Channel Consistency: Coordinate nurture messaging with paid ads, organic, and in-person events, & maintain consistent tone and branding across all marketing touchpoints.
- Social Media Oversight: Oversee location-based social media accounts, providing guidance and recommendations to location general managers. Create and post content to the corporate social media accounts on a regular basis.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in multi-location retail, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries, preferred.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Constant Contact, & Salesforce.
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, events, and leadership.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and turning insights into strategy.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team or independently.
- $42,000- $48,000, based on experience.
- Full-Time, Year-Round.
- Monday-Friday schedule, with weekends as needed.
