Position Summary
The Ticketing & Registration Manager manages and executes the day-to-day in-office and live-event ticketing, registration and customer & membership services functions and strategies for the company.
Major Responsibilities and Representative Tasks
Manage the facilitation and execution of in-office Ticketing & Registration and Customer & Membership Services functions for the company, including but not limited to:
- Management and implementation of the current CRM and online ticketing platforms.
- Development and printing all in-office and live event ticketing and registration event collateral.
- Create and deploy various grassroots and promotional ticket sales programs.
- Assist with the management of the marketing, sales and space placement efforts for all Bay Area swap meets.
- Assist with the day-to-day management and leadership of the Customer & Membership Services department and staff.
Manage and execute the live event ticketing and registration functions for the company including buy not limited to:
- Direct and manage all at-event ticket sales functions
- Direct and manage all at-event registration office functions including set-up, tear-down and customer service
- Direct and manage all Bay Area swap meet efforts
- Procurement and management of all event service providers and the post-event auditing of all ticketing and registration manifests.
Competencies and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Above average computer software knowledge and skills.
- Creative, flexible, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work weekends and travel to 15-20 events annually.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
