Responsibilities:
- Pizza Preparation: Make pizzas according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality in every preparation.
- Oven Operation: Use the pizza oven efficiently and safely, adjusting temperatures and cooking times as needed.
- Ingredient Preparation: Prepare and slice fresh ingredients for pizzas, including sauces, cheeses, and other toppings.
- Inventory Control: Maintain the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, following food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a New York Style pizza maker or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pizza preparation and oven operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality.
