About the Role:
We are looking for an Associate/Sr. Associate - Client Engagement who can provide ongoing dedicated support to one of our key enterprise clients. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with volunteering champions worldwide and implementing new programs to improve the businessʼ revenue potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Account Executive in managing all aspects of the client relationship.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to understand their volunteering related needs & expectations, and build & maintain strong relationships with them.
- Assist in organizing client engagement interventions including business reviews, workshops, project updates, and presentations.
- Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute on client project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of B2B experience in sales, client success, or account management, ideally in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales & expansion targets.
- Gifted relationship builder and storyteller.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, executive presence, and presentation abilities.
- Start-up experience with a growth mindset.
- Stand-out work ethic and commitment to high quality performance.
- Mastery of standard office software and ability to quickly absorb new tools and processes.
- Unstoppable curiosity and ability to learn new concepts.

- Travel is a requirement of this role. Qualified candidates are willing to travel up to 50% and work on-site in North Chicago at the client campus for in-office days.
- Schedule flexibility is a must Monday through Friday, with availability to meet before or after standard business hours on an as-needed basis within reason.
