Goode Brothers Roofs and Gutters is looking for a skilled Paver Installer / Concrete Technician to join their growing team in Hastings, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work on exciting outdoor projects while building a rewarding career with a company that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install pavers, concrete, and hardscape features for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and grade base materials including gravel, sand, and compacted sub-base layers
- Cut, lay, and level pavers to ensure precise alignment and proper drainage
- Pour, finish, and cure concrete slabs, walkways, driveways, and patios
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as plate compactors, saws, and levels
- Follow project blueprints, site plans, and supervisor instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Prior experience in paver installation, concrete work, or hardscaping preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and compaction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Hastings, FL
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take direction and work independently
