What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant General Manager position at Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs?
Will work with owner/operator on a daily basis. Responsible for operations of restaurant.
Must have ability to positively interact with employees and customers
Ability to take direction and work as a team in a high volume Sub Shop, including catering and delivery.
Not your typical stand in the corner with a clipboard position. Actively involved in restaurant operations.
Must utilize problem solving skills
Must be self motivated.
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to operate deli meat slicer
Working manager, will supervise in house staff and delivery staff.
Schedule varies based on needs

Restaurant hours of operation Monday through Saturday 8 am (Open at 9am) Close at 9pm (generally leave at about 9:15 pm Sunday closing time 8pm
