Position Overview
GoodBulb is building a brand-new automated A19 light bulb assembly and packaging line in Fargo, ND, and we are looking for motivated production employees to help launch and operate the line. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level of a growing manufacturing operation with strong advancement potential into Lead and Supervisor roles as production expands.
What You’ll Do
- Operate automated assembly and packaging equipment
- Load and handle production materials throughout the line
- Use pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and efficient
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and daily production activities
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams during startup and ramp-up
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with material handling and pallet jacks
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working around automated equipment and conveyors
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Able to lift and move materials as needed

Additional Details
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and work on/around equipment
