We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintenance on single family existing and new homes, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our homes and equipment. This is a critical role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. We are seeking someone to do our HVAC work as well as Appliance and Property turns.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Turnovers, as well as general maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- We do everything on homes, carpentry, painting, general repair, windows, blinds, appliances, HVAC.
Experience:
- Proven experience in HVAC
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to supervise contractors effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
