Senior Project Manager | Structural Steel & Heavy Industrial Construction

Our client, a well-established heavy industrial and structural steel construction contractor, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to take full on-site ownership of complex structural steel erection, heavy industrial, and power generation projects - from mobilization through final turnover. This isn't a support role: you'll run safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships in the field, with direct visibility to corporate leadership.
What you'll own
- Full on-site leadership of major steel erection and heavy industrial projects, start to finish
- Schedule, budget, and cost performance across manpower, equipment, and subcontractors
- Direct relationships with clients, GCs, and project stakeholders
- Field safety and quality standards
- Contract administration, change management, and project documentation
What you bring
- 8 years in construction with real field leadership experience
- Structural steel erection and/or heavy industrial project background (power generation, rigging, equipment installation a strong plus)
- Comfort running a job site full-time, with travel or temporary relocation as projects require
- Sharp judgment and the ability to make fast, well-supported calls under pressure
