As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will lead major electrical scopes on hyperscale data center projects across Texas.

Current and upcoming project locations include markets such as:

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading electrical construction delivery on large-scale hyperscale data center projects
• Managing project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and client-facing coordination
• Owning schedule, budget, change management, procurement, forecasting, and risk control
• Driving safety, quality, productivity, and accountability across the project
• Building strong relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and internal leadership
• Mentoring junior project managers and supporting the next generation of leaders
• Playing a visible role in the continued growth of a major mission-critical business unit

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing large electrical construction projects
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or complex commercial project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, project controls, scheduling, procurement, and field execution
• Commercially sharp, client-facing, and confident leading high-pressure projects
• Ability to travel within Texas or the Southwest as project needs require
• A leadership mindset. Not just managing work, but developing people and improving the business
