Procurement Manager

A growing structural steel fabrication and erection company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, shipping/receiving coordination, and equipment maintenance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing strategy and vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and material supply.
- Oversee inventory control and purchase orders.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material deliveries.
- Support equipment maintenance scheduling and tracking.
- Improve purchasing processes and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with project management, production, and accounting teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, construction, manufacturing, or steel fabrication.
- Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ERP or Tekla PowerFab experience is a plus.
