Seasonal Camp Driver (Pickup & Drop-Off Driver)
Good2Great Youth Development, Inc. is seeking responsible, dependable, and safety-focused drivers to assist with the transportation of youth participants during our Summer Camp Program. This is a seasonal position responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for campers to and from program locations, field trips, and designated pickup/drop-off sites.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport campers to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections before operating vehicles.
- Ensure all campers are properly seated and following transportation safety rules.
- Maintain accurate attendance and transportation records.
- Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and camp staff.
- Assist with camper supervision during transportation.
- Follow all traffic laws, organizational policies, and safety procedures.
- Report any incidents, accidents, concerns, or maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience transporting youth is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced youth-centered environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving passenger vans, shuttle buses, or similar vehicles.
- Previous experience working with children or youth programs.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not required).
