Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to the families, farmers, and campers we serve
- Collaborate with the administrative staff, Board of Directors, Billing Agents, and others
- Supervise and provide HR to direct support staff and contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/Certificate AND 4 years of full-time paid experience as a Supervisor of Specialized Services, AND
- 1 year of full-time paid work experience in the provision of Specialized Services, AND
- 1 year of full-time paid work experience in: supervision of employees; development, oversight, and supervision of programs or services; and financial management of an organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Nonprofit, Medicaid, and Ohio DODD knowledge and experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check, lift 40 lbs, walk without assistance
