Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Nashville, TN. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by managing schedules, handling communications, organizing files, and performing various clerical tasks. Additionally, the role involves providing executive support, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism are key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and Clerical Skills
- Strong communication abilities, including Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance or related executive support roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent professionalism and customer service skills
