Good Vibrations is the industry leader for over 48 years, providing quality adult products and non-judgmental sex-positive education to enhance our customers' lives seeks to find an experienced, dynamic, multi-tasking, service oriented full-time Store Manager for our location in the Coolidge Corner neighborhood.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience leading teams by example, coaching and mentoring employees in maintaining sales goals, implementing consistent procedures that keep the store operations running smoothly and provide excellent customer service and visual merchandising standards. As manager you will help develop their talents, thrive in change as well as build and foster a positive, collaborative working environment that is focused on the inclusive customer experience, product knowledge and sexual health education.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Minimum requirement 5 years of highly dependable and motivated store management experience with exceptional customer service and sales background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as, results oriented problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Point of Sale platforms and computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
• Manage the recruitment/hiring, training and development, performance management including disciplinary and terminations, store scheduling and bi-weekly payroll.
• Responsible for store operations, including managing profit and loss, facility management, safety and security, loss prevention and banking
• Experience with product management and inventory control; including cycle counts, merchandising, ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products and returns.
• Ensure full understanding and awareness of all store communications including product information, current advertising, promotions and other marketing initiatives.
• All qualified applicants should expect to work a flexible schedule based on the retail business needs, which will include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and during special events.
• The position may involve one or more of the following activities: lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing continuously, and reaching overhead.
• Comfort with sexuality and sexual health information is essential.
