Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests warmly, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery in fine dining settings.
- Uphold all food safety regulations related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service; ensure responsible alcohol service practices are followed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
