Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

We’re growing and looking for a friendly, organized, customer-first person to join our front office team.
You do not need prior automotive experience to succeed here. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and learning new things, we can teach you the automotive side.
About the Role
This position is often called a Service Writer or Service Advisor, but at Good Vibes Garage it’s really about being the bridge between our customers and technicians.
You’ll help customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident while helping our shop stay organized and efficient.
What You’ll DoCustomer Experience (Top Priority)
- Answer phones with warmth and professionalism
- Greet customers in person and create a positive first impression
- Respond to texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Clearly explain recommendations, estimates, and timelines
- Help solve problems calmly and professionally
Shop Operations
- Build estimates and repair quotes
- Order parts and track deliveries
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate with technicians and communicate findings
- Keep the front office clean and organized
- Help with day-to-day shop flow as needed

Helpful but Not Required:
