Reformer Pilates Instructor (Bilingual Preferred)

Good Vibe Pilates is seeking a skilled and motivated Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team in Arcadia, CA.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred), with strong communication skills
• Preferably based in or near Arcadia for scheduling convenience
• Male instructor preferred
• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of anatomy, posture alignment, and functional movement
• Experience teaching Reformer Pilates to clients of varying levels
• Strong ability to engage, motivate, and communicate effectively with clients
• Professional, punctual, and passionate about health and wellness

Responsibilities:

• Lead Reformer Pilates sessions (private and/or group classes)
• Provide hands-on guidance, corrections, and modifications as needed
• Customize sessions based on individual client goals and physical conditions
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive training environment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction

• 善于沟通，能够激励学员并建立良好的互动关系

• 根据学员情况进行专业指导、调整及个性化训练安排
• 确保课程安全、有序，并营造积极舒适的训练氛围
