Good Oil is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our gas station/convenience store Frankfort, IN location.

What You'll Do:
- Coach and train team to provide superior customer service while meeting Good Oil Company's operational goals.
- Assist in scheduling, coaching and retaining employees.
- Manage the cleanliness of the facility and perform paperwork/accounting functions.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years' experience in retail management with a successful record of performance.
- Experience with coaching employees.
- Ability to perform store-level accounting functions.
- Ability to professionally interact with customers
- Willingness to follow Good Oil Company's policies and procedures
