Key Responsibilities
- Our servers make $1300-$1500 per week.
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Present menus and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and dietary needs
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- Provide recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Maintain table cleanliness and restaurant organisation
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Handle guest concerns quickly and politely
- Process payments accurately and responsibly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred (Mediterranean cuisine a plus but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years old (or meet state alcohol service requirements)
