We are seeking a dependable and organized Logistics Associate to support our daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure that products and materials are accurately received, stored, processed, and prepared for shipment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers
- Verify shipment quantities and report damaged or missing items
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Organize products and materials in designated storage areas
- Use scanners, computers, and warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and transportation teams
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards
- Perform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
Pay: $24.50 - $29.50 per hour
