Must be available for ALL University of Michigan football home games
Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
Experience required:
Working knowledge of an industrial kitchen
ServSafe certification preferred

- Prioritizes tickets efficiently; time management is paramount to success in this role
- Proactively sets up and stocks stations with supplies
- Understands food portioning for restaurant menu and specifications
- Stressful environment; need to be able to coordinate tickets
- Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Completes standard processes using Good Time Charley’s endorsed methods
- Supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
- Completes side work with professionalism and commitment to quality
- Brings a positive attitude every shift and treats everyone (clients and colleagues alike) with respect
- Maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Is consistent with service approach and models organization’s values
