Good Shepherd Preschool is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dependable Head Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team. We are a well-established Christian preschool having been a part of the Goleta community for the past 40 years. Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging group times
* Create a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
* Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.
* Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance.
* Supervise and mentor assistant teachers.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 12 ECE units.
* Experience working in a preschool setting.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Reliable, organized, and enthusiastic.
