Good Shepherd Lutheran School is growing, and we're looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the upcoming school year!
As a play-based, faith-centered preschool, we believe children learn best through exploration, relationships, and meaningful experiences. Our teachers create nurturing environments where children develop academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Current Opportunities Include:
- 12-18 month teacher's aide (part-time 12:00-5:30 Monday-Friday)
- Floating school aide (part-time 11:00-5:30 Monday-Friday)
- Church Parrish Coordinator (part-time, hours TBD but approximately 30 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:
- DCF 45-hour training completed or willingness to complete required classwork within a year for teaching positions
- Previous childcare experience preferred for teaching positions
- Previous office experience preferred for Parrish Coordinator position

Pay is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Hours vary based on position with our facility's operating hours being 7:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. School-based positions follow the Sarasota County School Calendar for closures with the exception of working through the summer.
