What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN/LPN Night Shift position at GOOD SHEPHERD HOME?
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or (RN) to join our growing team! Shift is from 6 pm - 6 am 2 weekdays and every other weekend with holiday rotation
Includes Generous Sign-On Bonus!!!
- Provide kind and compassionate care and clinical assessments for our residents.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications and treatments to residents and monitor residents' response.
- Record residents' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents' conditions
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans.
- Provide direction to STNA's
Job Requirements
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed and in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN in Ohio.
