Compensation Range: $26.52 - $40.77
*Shift differential available where applicable.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0630 to 1500
Call and Holiday (B) rotation.
DEFINITION OF POSITION:
Performs a variety of technical duties to assist the surgeon, patient and/or team with surgical procedures.

The employee must be able to:

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program or equivalent school.
Minimum of one year of current operating room experience (student experience is acceptable).
Licenses and Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Certification as a Surgical Technologist is desired.
Equipment and Tools:
Surgical instruments and equipment, video equipment, and sterilizers.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to provide age-specific, culturally sensitive care, addressing physical and psychosocial needs of patients during the perioperative phase.
Additional Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
Salary : $27 - $41
