The Director of Rehabilitation Services is an integral leadership member responsible for the overall administration, direction, and performance of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology departments. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care in accordance with regulatory standards, professional guidelines, and organizational policies. The Director provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, fiscal management, and staff development across all rehabilitation disciplines. The Director ensures efficient operations, regulatory compliance, optimal staffing, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. The Director acts as a departmental representative and patient advocate, supporting the mission and values of the organization.
Education
Required: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
Preferred:Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Rehabilitation Administration, or related field.
Licenses/ certifications/ registrations
Preferred: Certification in Healthcare Leadership, Management, or similar credential.
Experience
Preferred: Experience as a department manager, supervisor, or equivalent role; experience across multiple therapy disciplines.
