Marketing Associate

Our not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for a self-motivated, resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community outreach, education, and advocacy for hospice and palliative care, with a strong commitment to racial equity and bridging healthcare disparities.
Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Associate helps to build the organization’s external footprint and manage community and business relationships with a detailed focus on electronic communications and digital media. The Marketing Associate supports the initiatives and activities of the Good Shepherd Institute.
Schedule and Weekly Hours:
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm/9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- College degree with a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare marketing, or other relevant experience.
- Resourceful and well-organized professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill ,with experience engaging community constituents and business partners
- A self-starter who is able to work as part of a team.
- Proficient graphic design skills and strong operating knowledge of social media applications including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Pay Range:
$42,000 - $48,000: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
