Intake Associate
Named by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the last four years, our community-based, mission-driven hospice and palliative care organization seeks an Intake Associate to join its dynamic intake team. The Candidate is detail-oriented and can analyze documents with a critical eye. Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and flexible to assume new ones as they arise.
Job Responsibilities:
Our Intake Associate participates as a member of the Intake team and provides top level and detailed administrative support. They track the Virtual Document Bin, scan the folder drive, and process paperwork appropriately. The role also includes tracking, reviewing, and processing all admission paperwork including follow-up with clinicians for all missing items, among other things.
Schedule and Weekly Hours:
Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm (40 hours)
Education, Skills and Experience:
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Enthusiastic about supporting and working as part of a team
- Proficient with Google Suite products

Pay Range:
$45,154 - $48,182: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
