Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Services Coordinator to serve as a trusted resource for our Independent Living residents and their families. This relationship-focused position coordinates move-ins, supports residents through life transitions, and helps connect residents with the services and assistance they need to thrive in our community.
The Resident Services Coordinator serves as a primary liaison for Independent Living residents and their families, providing guidance, coordination, and ongoing support. This position also supervises transportation drivers and Personal Assistant staff and works collaboratively with departments throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating new resident move-ins and supporting residents during their transition
- Responding to resident and family questions, concerns, and service needs
- Coordinating transportation services and supervising drivers
- Managing the Personal Assistant Program
- Monitoring resident status and helping coordinate transitions to higher levels of care
- Assisting residents with access to home healthcare, physical therapy, and other services
- Supporting resident councils, committees, and the Caregivers Group
- Coordinating unit turnovers, registrations, and resident work-order follow-up
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dependable, highly organized, and skilled at building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Five years of resident services experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
