Life Enrichment Leader – Chase Memorial
Position Summary:
Chase Memorial is seeking a compassionate and creative Life Enrichment Leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing recreational, social, and wellness programs that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll design and lead engaging activities that encourage connection, intellectual stimulation, and physical activity in a supportive, person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate a variety of recreational and enrichment programs that promote social interaction, cognitive engagement, and physical wellness.
- Manage activity schedules and ensure timely execution of planned programs.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, offering emotional support and fostering a sense of community.
- Accurately document resident participation and progress in enrichment programs.
- Maintain safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure environment for all residents.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full time, 75 hours bi-weekly (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License
