Good Shepherd Communities is looking for a Registered Nurse who will lead our team in providing quality of life care within our community as our Director of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency. SIGN ON BONUS $8,000.00
Position Detail
Full-time, exempt position. Schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Will be on the on-call rotation.

Position Summary:
Responsible for the operation and management of Licensed Home Care Services in the ALP and/or community under the Licensed Home Care Agency.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Two (2) year Associate's Degree
Must have Experience in Home Care and/or an Assisted Living Program
License: Active New York State RN license
Qualifications: BLS and/or CPR certification.
Job Type: Full-time Exempt
Base Pay: $93,600.00 - $97,760.00 per year
Other Compensation: Paid Hourly Rate for picked up/called in shifts as RN/HC; $2 Shift Differential; Double pay on worked holidays; Pick up bonus; Generous referral bonus
