Job Summary


The Senior Nursing Assistant serves as an experienced caregiver to the resident during scheduled work periods in long-term care.


Demonstrates expert-level experience as a certified nursing assistant and assists other staff members when needed.


  • Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

  • Knowledgeable about age-appropriate care related to physical and psychological needs of residents according to their individualized care plans.

  • Aids providers with procedures when necessary.
