Job Summary And Qualifications

As a member of the Cardiac Cath Lab team, you will ensure optimal patient care and safety at all times. • You will perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory.
• You will use appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during and after invasive cardiac procedures.
  
  

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Current California Nursing License.
• ACLS certification required.
• BCLS certification required.
• CCRN preferred.
• NIH Certification
• Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• AA Degree.
• B.S.N or B.A. preferred.
• 1-year experience working in Cath Lab, EP, IR or 3 years of critical care required
• 1-year open-heart experience required
