Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. They collaborate with residents, family, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN demonstrates competency in their field and provides preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Responsibilities:

1. Care for residents in all phases of care
2. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, educate residents on care plans, and perform various nursing interventions
3. May serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel based on their skills and competencies

Salary : $32,000 - $48,000
