**Careers With Purpose** **Join our not-for-profit organization that has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment.** **Facility:** Gss Mn Brainerd Bethany **Location:** Brainerd, MN **Address:** 804 Wright St, Brainerd, MN 56401, USA **Shift:** 8 Hours - Day Shifts **Job Schedule:** Full time **Weekly Hours:** 40.00 **Salary Range:** $16.00 - $25.50 **Department Details** Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility located in Brainerd, Minnesota, in an area known as “The Heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area”. * Full Time – 80 Hours a bi-weekly pay period * Day Shift – 8:00am to 4:30pm * Monday through Friday * No weekends or holidays * Previous experience working in a business office setting * Previous experience working as a receptionist * Must have a current driver’s license **Job Summary** The Business Office Coordinator manages and coordinates all functions of the receptionist duties and assists in miscellaneous duties within the Business Office. Provides customer service and reception duties at the front entry and on the telephone/switchboard. Must possess strong communication skills, be detailed orientated and work well with fellow peers. Must have computer experience. Professional appearance and manner required. Works under limited supervision. Working knowledge of state regulations. **Qualifications** Associate's degree in a health care or business related field required. In lieu of degree, three years applicable experience may be accepted. Minimum of three years of applicable experience preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Three years' experience in a leadership role preferred. Must be knowledgeable of the billing requirements of third party payers.
